Development/Communications Coordinator
The School Sisters of Notre Dame are currently seeking a Coordinator to collaborate in the Mission Advancement and Communications departments of the Provincial Offices of the School Sisters of Notre Dame in Elm Grove. The Coordinator will perform a variety of development functions including special events management, development projects, and database entry. The Coordinator will also support the Communications Director with website updates and the creation of communications materials. The Coordinator will provide clerical support on a limited, as needed basis for the departments.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge or previous experience in a development office.
- Knowledge or previous experience in a communications office.
- Experience managing special events necessary.
- Computer competency to include Microsoft Word, RaisersEdge and Adobe Creative Suite or compatible programs.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to function cooperatively in a team oriented environment.
Bachelor's degree and experience with non-profit organizations preferred.

Systems Analyst/Technology Coordinator

Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. (may work infrequent evenings and weekends).
Exceptional interpersonal skills, technologically savvy, and continuous support of the mission; these describe critical attributes of the Systems Analyst/Technology Coordinator.
The School Sisters of Notre Dame are searching for a System Analyst /Technology Coordinator with strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact with individuals at all levels of the organization. This position assists to diagnose and solve computer software, equipment, and technology problems. Must have prior experience implementing and/or administering systems such as Microsoft Windows server, Active Directory, Backup technology, and desktop PCs. Has prior working experience providing support in a help desk setting for computer related technology and non-computer related technology. Works well both alone or in a team setting. Proven ability to manage multiple projects, activities and tasks simultaneously.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in an information technology related field
- 2 + years experience supporting desktop and server hardware and software systems
- Certifications are a plus: Microsoft Certified System Engineer (MCSE); Microsoft Certified System Administrator (MCSA); Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP)
- Prior experience supporting, implementing and/or administering networks such as Microsoft Windows Active Directory
- Prior experience providing support in a help desk setting for computer related technology and non-computer related technology
- Ability to handles highly confidential information/material
- Ability to communicate orally and written in a professional manner
- Works well both alone or in a team setting

Certified Nursing Assistant
As a Certified Nursing Assistant, you will have the opportunity to provide care in our loving supportive environment. Hours: PMs and nights, pool
Duties Include:
- Hygiene and grooming, ambulation and transfer, skin care, transporting of residents
- Makes beds, occupied and unoccupied.
- Assists in admission, discharge and transfer of residents.
- Provides an atmosphere which promotes the residents’ well-being.
- Takes and records temperature, pulse, respiration, weight, fluid intake and output.
- Prepares residents for meals and transports to dining room.
- Passes trays and collect trays, and assists residents with meals and feeds when indicated. Passes nourishments as ordered.
- Keeps resident’s personal objects and supplies clean and orderly.
- Charts and signs pertinent information; temperature, pulse, respiration and weight.
- Reports any unusual change in resident’s behavior or condition to team leader within appropriate time.
- Handles job responsibilities in accordance with Company's Code of Ethics, appropriate professional standards and applicable state/federal laws.
Qualifications:
Requires a High School diploma (or equivalent) with valid state certification as a CNA. A minimum of one year health care experience is required. Experience with the elderly preferred. Requires the ability to provide resident care independently. Ability to lift up to a minimum of 25% of one’s own body weight. All offers contingent on a drug screen and physical.

Food Service Aide – Two openings
Hours:
Position 1: 24 hours every two weeks, includes evenings and weekends
Position 2: 32 hours every two weeks, includes evenings and weekends
As a Food Service Aide you will be responsible for assisting daily operations of the Food Service Department including dishwashing, table setting, sweeping, mopping, and refuse removal. Assists with food deliveries, food storage and replenishes stock.
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of one year of food service experience to be considered. The ideal applicant will possess the ability listen and follow through with instructions, good communication skills, compassion and patience with older adults, and ability to lift and carry 25 pounds. Good attendance record is mandatory. All offers contingent on a drug screen.
