With 2008 being the 175th anniversary of the School Sisters of Notre Dame founding, guests are invited to celebrate the marvelous heritage of this congregation. SUNSEED Extended Weekend Workshops SUNSEED Eco-Education Center, 110 Notre Dame Street, Mount Calvary, WI
These ecology programs are open to School Sisters of Notre Dame, SSND Associates, co-workers, family members, and friends. Come to SUNSEED Eco-Education Center, nestled on top of a glacial drumlin with 36 acres of fields, prairie, organic vegetable and flower gardens, and an old oak savanna.

Harvesting and Preserving Workshop Saturday, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., SUNSEED Eco-Education Center, 110 Notre Dame Street, Mount Calvary, WI
Come and enjoy a learn and take workshop. You will learn to harvest food as well as prepare food for canning, drying and freezing. You may take home samples of your activities. The fee of $15 per person includes lunch and supplies. The workshop will be led by Sister Mary Beck, Coordinator of Organic Gardening and Husbandry at SUNSEED.
