TYME Out Youth Center is located in Stone Bank, WI, about 30 miles northwest of Milwaukee. It is a nonprofit organization sponsored for over 25 years by the School Sisters of Notre Dame.
TYME OUT is an acronym for Total Youth Ministry Experience [with] Openness, Understanding [and] Trust. It's a place where youth come to deepen their commitments, convictions, and values. To make this a reality, the staff provides retreats, both religious and nonsectarian, and camps on site, where they offer faith-based and character education programs. In 2006, TYME OUT served nearly 9,000 kids in 254 separate events. More than 50 of these events were held for non-Catholic groups. The facility has room for 150 teens and their leaders with dorm room style sleeping, two chapels, two recreation rooms (pool and ping pong, etc) two large meeting rooms with bean bag chairs, cafeteria, gym and room for outdoor activities including a labyrinth.
